Lewis Andrews: Mastering Real Estate Through Camaraderie and Commitment

I’m excited to share this interview with one of our members: Lewis Andrews. Today, we’ll learn a bit about his real estate journey and his experience in our team. 

Lewis has been on the team for about 19 months, initially starting as a solo agent for two months. Before that, he worked as a server and bartender at a restaurant.

He believes the camaraderie within the team is crucial. Having someone who always has your back is tremendously beneficial. Recently, he took a month off work, and his clients were well taken care of; his listings were sold, and others went under contract without any issues.

What’s most important to him is our commitment to learning. Our team is never stagnant; we’re always adopting new techniques, exploring different approaches, and staying ahead of the game. He’s genuinely excited about our growth and the big things we’re aiming for in the near future.
